About
PRAGUE ART WEEK is an open platform for the cooperation of the most important institutions in the Prague art scene and an annual art festival with the aim of connecting galleries, museums, exhibition halls, as well as art collections and other art-oriented organizations. PRAGUE ART WEEK’s mission is to strengthen the city’s artistic ecosystem and make it accessible to local and international audiences.
The fifth edition of the festival, PRAGUE ART WEEK 26, will present 100 events from the programs of forty leading Prague art institutions from September 24–27, 2026.
The program features key institutions of the Czech art scene, including the National Gallery Prague, the Prague City Gallery, and Kunsthalle Praha. Alongside these established names, the festival will showcase prominent private galleries, such as KodlContemporary. Following the success of last year’s exhibition in the Laichter House, KodlContemporary will open a site-specific exhibition in a new, unconventional location in addition to its primary gallery space.
