Gideon Horváth: Pulp

One of Gideon Horváth’s first important sensory experiences is a childhood memory of secretly picking a tiny apricot fruit from a young tree in the garden of his country house. The hot flesh melted on the tongue and the blades of heated grass crawled between the toes of his bare feet. The combination of haptic, gustatory and visual sensations is almost a cinematic moment that Gideon still returns to in his memory.
