A painting by Vojt\u011bch Kov\u00e1\u0159\u00edk, received as a gift in 2024, will also be on display. In the ATLAS space we will be exhibiting an installation by Jan \u0160er\u00fdch, recently acquired for the gallery\u2019s collection.<em> In the exhibition 1939\u20132021: The End of the Black-and-White Era<\/em> there will be a work by Martin Zetov\u00e1, offering a new interpretation of the work of his father Milo\u0161. Also on display for the first time will be Magdal\u00e9na Cubrov\u00e1\u2019s painting At the Edge of the Pit (1979), which was the subject of an artistic project of the same name by the Rafani group. The foyer will once again feature a work by Tom\u00e1\u0161 Van\u011bk, which was created for an exhibition curated by Jana and Ji\u0159\u00ed \u0160ev\u010d\u00edk in 1999. In the second-floor lounge, visitors will learn about the preparations for the permanent exhibition at the Trade Fair Palace in the 1980s and also about the parallel activities of artists Margita Titlov\u00e1 and Ji\u0159\u00ed Sozansk\u00fd in the at that time still fire-da- maged building. Architecture for All, visitors can view a video sequence of unrealized proposals for the reconstruction of the Trade Fair Palace, designed by John Eisler.
