Hanna Antonsson\u2019s works can be seen as monuments or meditations on the intertwined fates of human progress and nature, as she deconstructs and animates bird parts and mixes them with fragments of vehicles. A series of kinetic sculptures of fluttering wings, shattered glass, and twisted metal tell the story of chance encounters on Gothenburg\u2019s roads, turning bird sacrifices into works of art that challenge perceptions of life and death. The poetry of the clashes between the natural and the technological (at times even the cyborg) is also alluded to in Paula Gogola\u2019s work.
