Programme partners conference and evening for PAW main partners

On Friday afternoon, April 29, 2022, the first conference of PRAGUE ART WEEK 22 programme partners took place. The event was attended by representatives of the National Gallery, Prague City Gallery, DOX, Kunsthalle Praha, Fotograf Gallery, the Museum of the Capital City of Prague, Kampus Hybernská, Association of Contemporary Art Galleries, Artefin Gallery, Bohemian Heritage Fund and J&T Bank Art.

The conference was organized in cooperation with the National Gallery, which kindly provided us with the premises of the Korza of the Trade Fair Palace for this day. We presented the activities, vision and goals of PRAGUE ART WEEK as a platform to the representatives of the programme cultural partners and consulted with them about their involvement in this year’s PRAGUE ART WEEK 22 festival. With our programme partners we discussed e.g. the date of the festival, its sustainability and its position on the international scene. We presented 30 programme venues from galleries, art collections, auction houses and other art institutions. Registration for the festival is not yet closed, but interested art institutions, associations or studios can still contact us.

The evening was dedicated to PRAGUE ART WEEK partners from the business sector, to whom we presented our activities and together with Premium Media Group CEO Štěpán Dlouhy, PAW Director Lenka Bakešová, Art+ Editor-in-Chief Jan Stuchlík and ART ANTIQUES Editor-in-Chief Tomáš Klička christened the new yearbook Art+ 2021 and celebrated 20 years of ART ANTIQUES magazine. We would like to thank our partners Aurosa and FriendFood for providing refreshments during the evening and all the participants for the nice atmosphere.
