Let Me Hear Your Footprints
The exhibition Let Me Hear Your Footsteps focuses on the richness of human perception and cognition of the world, especially with regard to the experience of people with different types of physical, sensory or mental disabilities. The works on display thematise this experience, while at the same time coming from artists who themselves have some form of disadvantage or work closely with disadvantaged people. Artists with neurodiversity, blind and partially sighted people or artists with physical limitations are represented. The exhibition seeks not only to bring their lived experience closer to others, but also to emancipate it from the ableist ideology that prevails in our society.
