SPELLBOUND

Spellbound describes a state of complete fascination, as if under a magical spell. Natalia Kleszczewska draws inspiration from hauntology, exploring lost visions of the future and unsettling, eccentric forms through her oil paintings. The themes of her paintings revolve around attraction to that which is unfamiliar yet alluring, evoking futures that never came to pass. Through these motifs, Kleszczewska creates a new form of artificial Romanticism, detached from the familiar and perceived as something from another world.
