BINDING SITES II

Bringing together works by Ankur Yadav, Cecilie Fang, and Matouš Kašpar, the exhibition emerges from shared inquiry into pervasive notions of identity, decolonisation, and analytical personal archaeology. The three artists share an emphasis on the processual character of objects, through which they articulate personal contexts and examine their significance within social concerns. Their themes and methodologies invoke our relationship to soil, clay, and land as sources of strength and self-determination, but also as repositories of decomposing matter and material appropriated for atavistic political struggles. Through material dialogue and shared rituality, the exhibition opens alternative perspectives.
