The unconventional exhibition setting, spanning a melancholic villa, romantic garden, and the inhospitable façade of Chittussi Hospital, is integral to this multilayered international exhibition. The site itself creates conditions in which care, anxiety, belonging, and the unsettling question of the future converge. Paradoxically, this tension becomes a source of liberation and collaboration, responding to cycles of life and matter while opening space for the fragility of human existence, reflected in the unstoppable force of ever-transforming energy. Deep geological time and sunlight coexist with lamps disrupting circadian rhythms and a root system simulating the nervous system.
