CHASING SHADOWS

Zeď Gallery is an outdoor exhibition project located behind the building of the former Smíchov glass-works, where a surface is available for large-format artistic interventions. We are currently presenting Chasing Shadows, a mural by Tomáš Mitura that operates on the borderline between expressive painting, street graphics, comics and subcultural visuality. Mitura is a painter, graphic artist, tattooist and singer based in Prague, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts, whose work has long moved at the intersection of visual art and underground music culture.
